Technically, this is just an C Minor Triad on the second to lowest 3 string set. Use your ring finger to play the 3rd fret on the A String. Use your index finger to play the 1st fret on the D string and play the G string open. Mute or don’t play the Low E string and the B and E strings. This chord is portable and can be moved around on the fretboard. Just keep in mind that your root note is on the A string.
